SCHEDULING ORDER - The Court adopts the case schedule outlined in the parties' joint Rule 26(f) report (ECF #7 ) as follows: (1) Fact discovery to be completed by January 25, 2024; (2) File all pleadings, join all claims, remedies, and parties by January 25, 2024; (3) Pretrial and discovery motions are due by January 25, 2024; (4) Dispositive motions are due by February 26, 2024; (5) Joint ADR report is due by February 26, 2024; (6) Expert discovery deadline is deferred until dispositive motions have been resolved; and (7) Pretrial order deadline to be determined at a later date. ORDER - No party may file a motion to compel discovery without prior leave of Court. If a discovery dispute remains after the parties have conferred thoroughly and in good faith, any party may contact the Courtroom Deputy to schedule a discovery telephone conference with the Court. At that time, the parties will be asked to send the Courtroom Deputy a brief email that succinctly states (without attaching exhibits) the nature of the discovery dispute and each partys respective position.
