ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - Because the only federal claim asserted by Plaintiff is foreclosed, the Court directs Plaintiff to show cause in writing why the Court should not sua sponte dismiss Plaintiff's claim under 18 U.S.C. 1001, decline under 28 U.S.C. 1367(c)(3) to accept supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's state common law claims, and dismiss this case without prejudice.
