JUDGMENT: Based on this Court's Opinion and Order, ECF #5 , IT IS ADJUDGED that this case is DISMISSED with prejudice. The Court further finds that any appeal from the Court's Order would be frivolous and thus would not be taken in "good faith" as that term is used in 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3). See Coppedge v.
