ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the Notice of Bankruptcy Filing #9 . Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 362(a)(1), this matter is STAYED. Defendant is ordered to notify this court within thirty days of the conclusion of the bankruptcy proceedings or, alternatively, if the Bankruptcy Court grants limited relief from the automatic stay requirements of 11 U.S.C. 362. Compliance with the Court's order on the motion to withdraw 11 is still required. (jp)

ORDER: The Court construes the Notice of Withdrawal of Counsel #10 as a motion to withdraw as counsel. The motion to withdraw is GRANTED. However, a corporate entity cannot appear in federal court unless it is represented by counsel. LR 83-9(b) ("Unless otherwise specifically provided by law or Court order, a corporation may appear or act only through an attorney").
