ORDER TO AMEND: For Addisu to proceed further, he must file an AMENDED COMPLAINT that (1) establishes the court's subject matter jurisdiction and (2) provides enough factual detail to support the legal claims, as required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a)(2). Addisu must file the Amended Complaint within 30 days of the date of this ORDER - which is Monday, December 4, 2023. Failure to respond to this Order by December 4, 2023, may mean that the court will recommend dismissing this case.
