ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER - As stated on the record at the hearing held on February 23, 2024, the Court DENIES HMH's motion for TRO (ECF #3 ). This decision is without prejudice to HMH's ability to seek appropriate relief by preliminary injunction. The Court authorizes accelerated mutual discovery. The parties shall confer regarding an appropriate schedule of accelerated discovery and may request the Court's assistance if they cannot reach agreement.
