ORDER: The Court DENIES Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration of Order denying in forma pauperis #6 . As noted in the Court's Order #4 denying Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis, Plaintiff's Complaint does not allege plausible facts establishing that he is under imminent threat of serious physical injury. See 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1915(g); Andrews v. Cervantes, 493 F.3d 1047, 1055, 1057 n.51 (9th Cir. 2007) (section 1915(g) imminent danger exception applies where complaint makes a "plausible" allegation that prisoner faces imminent danger of serious physical injury at the time of filing; assertions of imminent danger may be rejected as overly speculative or fanciful when they are supported by implausible or untrue allegations). Plaintiff must pay the $405.00 filing fee no later than 11/6/2024. If Plaintiff does not pay the filing fee within the time provided, this action will be dismissed, without prejudice.
