| Filing 14 MINUTES of Proceedings: Telephonic Rule 16 Conference held before Judge Karin J. Immergut. Deadlines in this case are set as follows based on the parties proposed dates. As stated on the record, the Court is now granting the parties' requested extended schedule and does not intend to permit additional extensions except for extraordinary reasons. Any motion for extension must be filed at least seven (7) days advance of the relevant deadline. The parties are reminded to alert the Court immediately if they settle the matter. The deadline to amend pleadings or join parties is April 13, 2026. The last date to file any motion to compel fact discovery is May 18, 2026, and responses to such motions are due no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initiating motion is filed; no replies are permitted for discovery motions without leave of court. Fact discovery is to be completed by June 15, 2026. Initial expert disclosures are due by July 6, 2026; rebuttal expert disclosures are due by August 10, 2026. The last date to file any motion to compel expert discovery is August 17, 2026, and responses to such motions are due no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initiating motion is filed; no replies are permitted for discovery motions without leave of court. Expert discovery is to be completed by September 14, 2026. Joint Statement of Agreed and Disputed Facts is due on May 20, 2026. Joint ADR Report is due no later than October 12, 2026. The last date to file a dispositive motion is also October 12, 2026. Pretrial Order and Verdict Form is due on March 15, 2027. Trial documents must be filed by Noon on March 22, 2027. Pretrial Conference is set for April 15, 2027, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 13A. Jury trial (6 days) is set to commence May 4, 2027, at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 13A before Judge Karin J. Immergut.
