SCHEDULING ORDER - The Court ADOPTS the deadlines outlined in the parties' joint status report and proposed case schedule (ECF #10 ) as follows: (1) Production of relevant, non-privileged claim file materials to be completed by March 2, 2026; (2) Joining of additional parties to be completed by March 2, 2026; (3) Joint ADR report is due not later than April 10, 2026; (4) Administrative record is due not later than May 4, 2026; (5) Rule 52 motions are due not later than May 15, 2026; (6) Responses to Rule 52 motions are due not later than June 12, 2026; and (7) Replies in support of Rule 52 motions are due not later than June 26, 2026. ORDER - No party may file a discovery motion without prior leave of Court. If a discovery dispute remains after the parties have conferred thoroughly and in good faith, any party may contact the Courtroom Deputy to schedule a discovery telephone conference with the Court. The parties will be asked to send the Courtroom Deputy before the conference a brief email that succinctly states (without attaching exhibits) the nature of the discovery dispute and each party's respective position.Finally, if a party uses artificial intelligence to perform legal research or analysis for any document filed with the court, the party must independently verify the existence and accuracy of any cited cases.
