| Filing 10 MINUTES of Proceedings: Telephonic Rule 16 Conference held. The deadline to amend pleadings and join parties is April 24, 2026. Fact discovery shall be completed by August 28, 2026. Dispositive motions shall be filed by September 28, 2026. Expert reports shall be exchanged 30 days after final ruling on dispositive motions. Rebuttal expert disclosures shall be exchanged 30 days thereafter, and expert discovery shall be completed 30 days after rebuttal expert disclosures are exchanged. Any motion for summary judgment on the issue of waiver shall be filed by plaintiff by the dispositive motion deadline. Defendant's response/motion for summary judgment on the waiver issue shall be filed 21 days thereafter, plaintiff's reply/response is due 14 days thereafter, and defendant's reply is due 14 days thereafter. If the parties wish to file a summary judgment motion on any other issues, they shall do so by filing a separate motion for summary judgment by the dispositive motion deadline.
