Parties to confer on discovery deadlines for cases filed December 2025 and later and provide proposed deadlines to the Court. Parties will generally have to rely on depositions taking place in the coming weeks. If a party feels a second deposition is needed, they will need to demonstrate cause and identify targeted issues. ORDER: Redacted complaints are to be provided unredacted under attorney's eyes only designation. If there are third party reporters, the parties will have to come to the Court for a process to give those third parties the opportunity to speak with attorneys or not. For expunged records, the Court understands that there may not be records. But the Court agrees with the Plaintiffs on this issue and the expungement statute is to protect the youths, not keep the youth from accessing records.
