Scheduling Order: Having considered the parties' competing proposed case schedules, and having determined that a stay of discovery is appropriate while defendants' Motion to Dismiss (ECF #10 ) is resolved, given that it is potentially dispositive of the entire case and requires deciding a threshold issue regarding the timeliness of plaintiff's takings claim, see Ciuffitelli v. Deloitte & Touche LLP, No. 3:16-CV-0580-AC, 2016 WL 6963039, at *48 (D. Or. Nov. 28, 2016), the court adopts defendant's proposed deadlines as follows: Initial disclosures are due 21 days after the Court's resolution of Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (ECF #10 ). Written discovery shall be completed by 180 days after the Court's resolution of Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (ECF #10 ). Fact witness depositions shall be completed by 60 days after the completion of written discovery. Expert disclosures are due 30 days after the close of fact witness depositions, and rebuttal expert disclosures are due 21 days after expert disclosures.
