Amended Order. MINUTES of Proceedings: Motion Hearing regarding Motion to Enforce Judgment28: The court finds that it has continued jurisdiction to resolve any disputes under the settlement agreement to make orders to enforce the settlement agreement, pursuant to the agreement of the parties as well as the court order of dismissal entered 6/27/2002. The court further finds that the State of Oregon did not comply with the settlement agreement in that it failed to formulate an exit interview protocol within the time frame specified in the settlement agreement. The state represents that it has formulated an exit interview protocol subsequent to the filing of plaintiff's motion to enforce settlement agreement. The State of Oregon shall provide to plaintiff, plaintiff's counsel, and the court copies of all documents pertaining to the exit interview protocol within 30 days of this court's order. The court further orders the State to report on whether the University of Oregon complied with it's affirmative action policies in filling the positions of Vice President for Student Affairs and Vice Provost for Institutional Diversity. This report should be submitted to plaintiff as well as to the court within 30 days of this order. The court will calendar further hearing if requested by either party to this action. The court shall retain jurisdiction over the settlement agreement until a final ruling is entered on plaintiff's motion to enforce settlement agreement.
