Filing 24 ORDER: Based on all of the foregoing, I find that defendants did not demonstrate deliberate indifference to plaintiff's serious medical needs or otherwise violate plaintiff's Eighth Amendment rights. There are no genuine issues of material fact remaining in this case and defendants are entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment 19 is allowed.
