OPINION AND ORDER: Plaintiffs motion for reconsideration 93 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. I DENY Defendants motion for summary judgment as to Plaintiffs second claim for relief. As to all other claims, my March 28, 2014, Opinion and Order 90 remains in place. The final Judgment 91 is VACATED and the second claim for relief is to proceed to trial.
