OPINION AND ORDER: I find no error in my decision to grant OCWEN's motion to dismiss plaintiff's wrongful foreclosure claim. Plaintiff's federal court claim was inextricably intertwined with issues adjudicated in the state co urt foreclosure action and the issue regarding the alleged extrinsic fraud cannot be revisited without effectively reviewing the decision of state court.
