Plaintiff has requested and received numerous extensions of time to file his response to the summary judgment motion, which motion has been pending since October 3, 2016. Additionally, the court notes that on January 22, 2019, plaintiff filed a "notice [ECF No. 194] of subpoena duces tecum" in which he stated his intent to send a subpoena duces tecum to the Clackamas County Sheriff.
