OPINION AND ORDER: Defendants motions for judgment on the pleadings ( 11 and 12 ) are GRANTED. Plaintiffs first and third claims for relief, for violation of the OTDA and financial abuse, are dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiffs second claim for relief, for breach of contract, is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiffs request for oral argument is DENIED as unnecessary. This case is DISMISSED.
