August 7, 2017	Filing 22 OPINION AND ORDER: The Court find that the ALJ erred in weighting the medical evidence and doctors' opinions. Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), sentence four, the Court REVERSES the Commissioners decision and REMANDS for further admin istrative proceedings, to reconsider this evidence in accordance with the above; the ALJ shall also reconsider plaintiff's RFC and ability to perform other work. As to plaintiffs other asserted errors, the Court finds that the Commissioner's findings are based upon substantial evidence in the record and on the correct legal standards, and are not in error.
