OPINION AND ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion to Remand 10 is DENIED and defendant's Motion to Stay and Compel Arbitration 11 is GRANTED. This case is therefore STAYED while the parties engage in arbitration pursuant to the terms of th e Arbitration Agreement. The parties shall inform the court when arbitration is completed, or within 90 days of this order, the parties shall submit a joint status report to the Court on the status of arbitration.
