OPINION AND ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion for a Default Judgment 11 is GRANTED. The Court awards statutory damages in the amount of $20,000 and attorney fees and costs in the amount of $4,172 in favor of plaintiff and against defendants. It is further ordered that defendant is enjoined from (1) interfering with plaintiff's proprietary rights, and (2) intercepting, receiving, divulging or displaying plaintiff's satellite programming without prior written consent of plaintiff.
