Plaintiff's responses to the pending Motions to Dis miss 56 , 57 , and 58 as well as plaintiff's response to Defendant Gregory's Counter Claim 59 shall be due 14 days following this order. Initial disclosures as well as discovery responses to all pending requests to all parties shall be due 21 days from the date of this order.
