ORDER OF DISMISSAL: This Court DENIES Plaintiffs Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis because it is not signed as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 1 l(a). This Court does not give Plaintiff leave to correct the deficiency because the Court DISMISSES Plaintiff's Complaint, without prejudice, on the basis that there are no facts to support this Court's exercise of personal jurisdiction over the Defendants. See Strausbaugh v. Bacon, No. 16-15736, 2018 WL 2927636, at *1 (9th Cir. 2018) (holding that district court lacked personal jurisdiction over a defendant who had "taken no deliberate action creating requisite contacts with the forum state").
