ORDER: Pro se plaintiff moves for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The motion is denied with leave to amend. The Court is unable to make out any of the claims in the complaint. Plaintiff is advised to file a complaint with clear, handwritten, block letters or, preferably, a typed complaint to allow the court to decipher the complaint as part of the screening process for in forma pauperis applications. Additionally, plaintiff's penmanship makes it difficult to make out with certainty, it appears plaintiff has $25,000 in a bank and is therefore ineligible for in forma pauperis. See ECF No. #2 , 5 .
