Plaintiff's Title VII claims for disparate impact and constructive discharge are dismissed. Plaintiff's Title VII claim for retaliation is dismissed insofar as it challenges the decision not to appoint Plaintiff as the Interim Director of OCI. Defendant's Motion is otherwise denied.
