As currently pled, plaintiff seeks habeas corpus relief that is not available under 1983, and his Complaint is DISMISSED. Within 30 days from the date of this Order, plaintiff may submit an amended complaint alleging claims of deliberate indifference arising from jail officials' response to COVID-19 and seeking appropriate compensatory or injunctive relief relating to the conditions of his confinement.
