ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff must show cause in writing within 30 days of the date of this Order why this action should not be summarily dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted under 42 U.S.C. 1983. Failure to file a response to this Order will result in the entry of an order and judgment of dismissal. In light of the requirement for plaintiff to show cause why her Complaint should not be dismissed, the Court DENIES plaintiff's request #5 to consolidate this case with her other pending civil rights case, No. 6:25-cv-01913-JR.
