TO THE EXTENT NOWELL RAISES CLAIMS AGAINST AN UNIDENTIFIED "NURSE" AT THE DELAWARE COUNTY PRISON AND AN UNIDENTIFIED DEFENDANT OR DEFENDANTS "DR/NURSE" AND "CHESTER CROZIER HOSPITAL," THOSE CLAIMS ARE DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO NOWELL FILING CLAIMS AGAINST THOSE DEFENDANTS IN A SEPARATE LAWSUIT IF HE INTENDS TO PURSUE THOSE CLAIMS, ETC.
