TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon the parties responses to this Courts Order to Show Cause [Dkt No. 4], which instructed the parties to advise the Court whether transfer to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania would be appropriate, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1404(a). In response, the Archdiocese Defendants argue that this case should be dismissed or transferred, under 28 U.S.C. 1406, because the Court lacks jurisdiction over Defendants. [Dkt. No. 8]. Meanwhile, Plaintiff contends that both jurisdiction and venue are proper in the District of New Jersey. [Dkt. No. 9]. Given the parties' disagreement, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties shall appear for a hearing on these issues, to be held via Zoom video conference, on Thursday, September 10th, at 9:30am. The Zoom invitations will be sent to the attorney email addresses on file with the Clerk's Office.
