ORDER: On September 18, 2020, Park Employees' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago ("Plaintiff") filed motions to quash two subpoenas on timeliness and relevancy grounds. #1 ; #2 . The Court is inclined to believe that it would make more sense for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, which set the applicabledeadline, to adjudicate the motion than for this Court to do so. No later than November 6, 2020, the Plaintiff shall serve a copy of this Order on (1) the Northern Trust Corporation ("Northern Trust") and Al Marley, the subjects of the subpoenas; and on (2) the parties that served the subpoena (Endo International plc, Rajiv Kanishka Liyanaarachchie De Silva, Suketu P. Upadhyay,and Paul V. Campanelli). Plaintiff shall also file proof of such service. No later than November 13, 2020, Northern Trust and Al Marley shall file a letter indicating whether they consent to transfer of the motions to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania pursuant to Rule 45(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
