STIPULATION AND ORDER 1. Defendants need not answer or otherwise respond to the complaint, except to theextent set forth in paragraph 2;2. Within 20 days after this Court appoints a Lead Plaintiff, Defendants and the LeadPlaintiff will meet and confer to discuss a schedule for the filing by Lead Plaintiff of an amendedconsolidated complaint or the designation of an operative complaint, and Defendants time toanswer or otherwise respond to that complaint. After meeting and conferring, Lead Plaintiff andDefendants shall propose a schedule to the Court for the filing of the consolidated amendedcomplaint, if any, and Defendants response to the operative complaint in this action; and3.
