Nos. 4, 5), and noting there is no pending complaint before this Court, it is ORDERED we deny Plaintiffs Motion for a preliminary injunction (ECF Doc. No. 9) as there are no pending allegations in this Court without prejudice to Plaintiff moving for relief in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania (No. 23-cv-410) after filing an amended Complaint consistent with our March 7, 2023 Memorandum and Order.
