ORDER upon consideration of Defendants Uncontested Motion to File Documents Under Seal (ECF No. 4), I find as follows:1. Defendants filed their Notice of Removal on October 18, 2023 (ECF No. 1). They now seek to file two exhibits under seal in support of their Notice of Removal. The exhibits contain medical information about Defendant Jameel Chesson. (ECF No. 4 at 3.)2. Plaintiff has not opposed Defendants Motion.3. The public has a presumptive right to access judicial documents that can only be overcome by compelling, countervailing interests detailed with specificity. In re Avandia Mktg., Sales Pracs. & Prod. Liab. Litig., 924 F.3d 662, 672 (3d Cir. 2019).4. I find that the privacy interests of Mr. Chesson in his medical and personal identifying infor-mation outweigh the publics interest in accessing these documents.
