The motion is DENIED insofar as it seeks re consideration of the Courts prior order (Doc. 126 ) requiring Dfts to produce a copy of Dr. Buzoganys report to Pltf pursuant to Rule 35(b). 2.T he motion is GRANTED insofar as it seeks permission to produce a redacted copy of Dr. Buzoganys report to excise extraneous material not required to be produced pursuant to Rule 35(b). Within five days from the date of this order, Dfts shall produce a copy Dr. Buzoganys redacted report that is identical to the redacted copy Dfts provided to the Court for in camera review on July 15,2011. MEMORANDUM OPINION - Accordingly, for the foregoing reasons, we will deny the parties request that we rule upon this motion in limine, a motion that Judge Conner has specifically deferred acting upon until after the summary judgment motion in this case is resolved.
