Promissory note & mortgage btwn pltf & deft foreclosed.; 3. Real property described therein shall be sold according to the following provisions... (see Paras 3a-3d).;4. Upon confirmation of sale, USM to hold proc eeds after costs & expenses pending distribution pursuant to further order of ct.; 5. Pltf shall be pd amt due pursuant to distribution of proceeds of sale.; 6. Clrk of Ct directed to deliver a true copy of this order to USM.; 7.
