To the extent that Plaintiff raises a claim for money damages against any named Defendant in his official capacity, those claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; and 8) To the extent that Plaintiff raises a claim based on any Defendant's handling of the grievance procedure, those claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. This case shall be recommitted to Magistrate Judge Blewitt for further proceedings, including directing service of Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint (Doc.
