MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: 1. The Motion to Compel Arbitration 7 is GRANTED.2. This action is STAYED against Defendant Springleaf FinancialServices, Inc. until such arbitration as ordered has been completed.3. The parties SHALL, within fourteen (14) day s of todays Order, file astipulation on the docket identifying a mutually agreed upon arbitrator.In the event the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, counsel for eitherparty shall place a letter on the docket so stating and the Court willappoint an arbitrator.
