Accordingly, for the foregoing reasons the motion to strike expert witness designation is GRANTED, in part, as follows: The designation of Dr. Ebong as an expert witness is stricken and Dr. Ebong may not testify as an expert witness on any matters relating to causation or prognosis. Further proceedings on this motion for summary judgment are STAYED pending resolution of the question of whether the record in this matter is complete. 2. If the plaintiff wishes to add material to the summary judgment record, he shall do so by filing a motion for leave to supplement the record, along with the additional material he seeks to add to the record.
