GRANTED with respect to Pltfs negligence claim concerning the nurse because Pltf failed to exhaust his administrative remedies withrespect to that claim;b. GRANTED with respect to Pltfs negligence claim concerning the officer who provided him a razor;c. DENIED with respect to Pltfs negligence claim alleging that on 6/5/16, an officer failed to retrieve a razor and contact psychology despite Pltfs statement that she was suicidal; and2.
