ORDER (memorandum filed previously as separate docket entry) - NOW THEREFORE, upon preliminary consideration of the petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (Doc. 1), filed by Petitioners Howard Lawson, Johnathan Jones, an d Thomas Flick, and for the reasons set forth in the Courts Memorandum of the same date, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. The application to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. 2) is GRANTED for the sole purpose of the filing of this action. 2.
