ORDER that the Plaintiffs Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. 2) is GRANTED as follows: As of todays date, the Defendant is enjoined and restrained, whether alone or in concert with others, directly or indirectly from: 1) soliciting (as that term is defined in the Financial Advisor Employment Agreement between Plaintiff and Defendant), attempting to solicit, inducing to leave, or attempting to induce to leave any of Plaintiffs clients serviced by Defendant while working with Plaintiff or with respect to whom Defendant was privy to trade secret or confidential information; and 2) using, disclosing, or transmitting for any purpose Plaintiffs documents, materials, trade secrets, and/or confidential or proprietary information pertaining to Plaintiffs employees, its operations, and/or its clients.This Order shall expire at the conclusion of fourteen (14) days from itsissuance as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(b)(2).(eo)
