Defendants Christopher LeBlanc and Meridian Health Systems Corp.,their officers, agents, employees, contractors, representatives, relatedentities and those in active concert or participation with them SHALLNOT destroy or delete any of Post Acute Medical, LLCs HighlyConfidential Data absent future Order of this Court; and3. Defendants Christopher LeBlanc and Meridian Health Systems Corp. theirofficers, agents, employees, contractors, representatives, related entitiesand those in active concert or participation with them SHALL NOT copy,use, mine, disclose, access or distribute any of Post Acute Medical, LLCsHighly Confidential Data for any reason absent future Order of this Court.4. By or before July 25, 2019, the Defendants shall file a responsive pleadingin this action, including but not limited to a motion to dismiss.5.
