Petitioner is granted forty-five (45) days from the date of this Order tonotify the Court of his decision. If he fails to do so, the Court willrule on the current 2254 petition as filed.4. If the limitations period would expire during this 45-day period, thelimitations period is tolled from the date of this Order untilPetitioners notification is filed, or until forty-five (45) days haveelapsed, whichever is earliest. In these circumstances, and ifPetitioner decides to file an all- inclusive 2254 petition raising allgrounds for relief, Petitioners response must also be accompanied byhis new 2254 petition. (eo)
