Filing 10 ORDER - In accord with the accompanying Memorandum #9 : 1. Pltfs mtns for leave to proceed ifp #2 and #6 are GRANTED;2. Pltf shall pay the full filing fee of $350.00, based on the financialinformation provided in the application to proceed in forma pauperis. 3. The Superintendent/Warden, or other appropriate official at Pltfs place of confinement is directed to deduct an initial partial filing fee as directed in the order.4. The Clerk of Court is directed to forward a copy of this Order to theSuperintendent/Warden of the institution where Pltf is presently confined;5. The complaint #1 is DEEMED FILED;6. The complaint #1 is DISMISSED for failure to state a claim.7. Pltf may file an amended complaint, within 30) days of the date of this Order, regarding all claims except his Fifth Amendment due process claim regarding placement in the SHU and his claims brought pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2340;8. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail Pltf a civil rights complaint form; and9.
