ORDER - NOW THEREFORE, upon consideration of Plaintiffs Notice of Removal (Doc. 1) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1446 of his state tort complaint which is presently pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1.Plaintiffs action is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction as the statute only allows for removal by a defendant or defendants. 2.The Administrative Order (Doc. 3) is VACATED. 3.
