ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE- 1. The Clerk of Court shall SERVE a copy of the Petition (Doc. 1) and this Order on the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the District Attorney of Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. 2.
