ORDER - IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. Plaintiffs motion to file an amended complaint, Doc. 19, is DENIED as moot. 2. Plaintiffs deadline to file an amended complaint shall be extended an additional fourteen (14) days from the date of this order. Plaintiff must clearly label the document as his amended complaint and use the docket number assigned to this case. Further, he is cautioned that any amended pleading filed with the court replaces all prior pleadings filed with the court.
