ORDER - AND NOW, on this 29th day of September 2023, upon consideration of the fact that mail to pro se Plaintiff Vincent Dorsey (Plaintiff) has been returned to the Court as undeliverable, (Doc. No. 6), and the Court noting that pro se plaintiffs have an affirmative obligation to keep the Court informed of their current address. (Doc. No. 2). IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. On or before October 31, 2023, Plaintiff shall update his mailing address; and 2. If Plaintiff fails to file an updated mailing address by the above date, the Court will order Plaintiff to show cause as to why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
