ORDER: 1. In accordance with FRCP, the Clerk of Court shall serve a copy of the amended complaint #8 , notice of lawsuit and request to waive service of summons (form AO 398), waiver of service of summons (form AO 399) and this order on Dft Miss Kim. The court requests that the Dft waive service pursuant to FRCP 4(d).2. If service is unable to be completed due to Pltfs failure to properly name the Dft, or provide a correct mailing address, Pltf will be required to correct this deficiency. Failure to comply may result in the dismissal of Pltfs claims against the Dft pursuant to FRCP 4(m).3. Pltf shall maintain on file with the Clerk of Court a current address. If the court is unable to communicate with the Pltf because the Pltf has failed to notify the court of his address, the Pltf will be deemed to have abandoned the lawsuit.
