Post-judgment interest SHALL ACCRUE BEGINNING ON JUNE 26, 2009, the date that the second trial's verdict was entered. d) Plaintiff's Motion to amend or correct this Court's June 26, 2009 judgment is GRA NTED. Jeffrey Miller" (Doc. 240) is DENIED. (2) Plaintiff Wreckers International's "Motion f or a New Trial on Wreckers International's Compensatory Damages" (Doc. 243) is DENIED. (3) Defendants' "Motion for a Judgment as a Matter of Law or, Alternatively, for a New Trial Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 59(a), or for a Remittit ur" (Doc. 248) will be GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. a) Defendants' motion for a judgment as a matter of law is DENIED. b) Defendant's motion for a new trial pursuant Fed.R.Civ.P. 59(a) is DENIED. c) Defendants' motion for a remittitur is GRANTED. The Plaintiff shall REMIT $2,100,000 of the compensatory damage award. Should the Plaintiff refuse to accept $150,000 in compensatory damages, a new trial on the issue of compensatory pain and suffering damages shall be conducted. Signed by Honorable A.
